I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, dog mom, and outdoor enthusiast.

My mission is to help you transform your fitness and nutrition habits, so you can feel confident and competent in your body no matter where life takes you.

Power Your Passion

I believe stronger means feeling empowered to live your life your way. It means having courage to explore your edges and reconnect to what makes you feel like YOU. For me, this meant taking a leap into the unknown… into the world of full time travel. Traveling and experiencing new places and cultures has given me a sense of freedom.

I’ve been through long phases where I’ve trained from a place negativity, shaming myself for missing workouts or over indulging. I’ve trained with the sole focus of changing the way I looked because I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror or because working out was attached to my identity.

Reframing fitness and nutrition with the tools I’ve gained over the last decade has been transformative for me. Training has become a building block to create more resilience for life’s inevitable challenges. I choose to eat certain foods because I know they’ll make me feel good, not to avoid feeling shame. I look forward to using my strength to do things that excite me like backpacking and trail running. I can use movement as a way to explore the places I’m traveling instead of just making sure I squeeze in a workout.

I believe movement and nutrition can be a creative expression instead of a prescription.
